All of our products are made to order using a Print on Demand (POD) service. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or has been damaged during shipment.
Conditions for Return
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., printing errors, production faults)
- Damage during shipping (must be clearly documented)
To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- High-resolution photos showing the defect or damage
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if the issue is not properly documented.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, even in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
We do not offer pre-paid return labels. Please ensure the item is well protected before returning it.
Refunds
If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after ordering
- You ordered the wrong size, color, or design
- The product was delivered correctly and without defects
